Details

VPS server "demo.autovps.net" should be able to handle having an IRC daemon running.

OVH has proven more than once that their network is crap, and now is enough.

New node (v001.de.irc.GG.st) will be linked by August 1st. Traffic will be directed to this node by August 15th, and OVH node will be taken offline as soon as nobody is connected there anymore.

Decision has been taken to drop server "Shigoto" which expires on 2010-08-24.

IRC will be moved to new server in Germany as well as planned in FS#170

IRC Server on w001.de.irc.gg.st has been setup and added to the "irc.gg.st" pool.

Removing Shigoto from "irc.gg.st" pool as it has no use there anymore.
